Meeting workspace
Melovion
Melovion is a meeting workspace that records, transcribes, translates and reviews your live meetings in real time. It brings multilingual transcription, live subtitles, statement checks, delivered tasks and meeting summaries together in one shared record. You sign in with your Google account to host or join; everyone else simply joins the meeting and never installs or operates anything.
What Melovion does
Four things, done properly.
Multilingual transcription
Speech becomes a speaker-attributed record as it happens, with supported languages preserved in their original script and translations directly beneath.
Live subtitles
Follow original, translated or combined subtitles on the meeting tab while it continues.
Statement checking
Select a statement and review an AI-assisted check of it. Melovion checks statements—never people.
Summaries and review
Generate a Summary, download the attributed transcript as .docx, and return to the exact words when you need them.
How it works
Three steps, no setup for anyone else.
Open the meeting
Host it in Melovion, or join the call you already use.
Start transcription
Open the meeting room in Melovion, check capture readiness, then press Start transcription.
Review in Melovion
The transcript, translations, tasks and Summary stay together in Meetings during and after the call.
Review and Summary
Review the meeting, not your notes.
- Read and revisit the attributed transcript line by line.
- Use timestamps to cite the exact moment a subject was discussed.
- Review an AI-generated Summary against the original transcript.
- Download the complete attributed record as a .docx file.
Who it is for
Built for the people running the meeting.
Teams that meet to decide
Use it alone or as a team sharing one meeting record.
Nothing for guests to install
Guests simply join the meeting and speak. They never operate Melovion.
A record that stays understandable
Names, roles, timestamps and translations preserve the context of every meeting.
Start with your next meeting.
Sign in to your workspace, open the meeting room, and press Start transcription when the meeting begins.
The Windows app installs directly — Windows may show a one-time publisher prompt (choose "More info → Run anyway"). Everything else runs in the browser; there is nothing else to install.
